Arr_to_str function is missing

Any change to get this one back in FluffOS ? It used to be part of it, but perhaps it has just been moved?

You don’t need that in v2019 anymore, if you want to convert strings to different encodings, use https://www.fluffos.info/efun/strings/string_encode.html and https://www.fluffos.info/efun/strings/string_decode.html
